A Message
Zechariah 4:6… “Not by might, nor by power; but by my spirit, says the Lord.” Happiness, success, or personal fulfillment are not guaranteed in your life. Just because you happen to be strong, powerful, domineering, captivating, attractive, intelligent or athletic doesn't assure a successful happy life. In the spiritual dimension the same holds. Natural gifts and abilities, or human strength, either physical, mental or emotional cannot generate enough power to carry out all that God has planned for you. But Jesus doesn’t leave us out there without a solution. Real fulfillment comes from living to please God. Pleasing Him doesn’t depend on how smart , brave or clever, or rich you are. What pleases God is when you depend on and trust Him in all areas of your life (Faith ) He alone is the source of all spiritual Power and Energy. Do you say things like “God can do anything” but you live like He is a powerless wimp? Do you really think you are smarter and stronger? Are there obstacles holding you back from being satisfied and enjoying each and every day? Do you feel powerless to change? Are there “ Mountains of Difficulties” separating you from satisfaction and success? Look in the Bible for the answers-- Zechariah 4:7 “What are you, Oh mighty mountain? Before Zerubbabel you will become level ground.” God gave an assignment to the Governor of Judea named Zerubbabel . “Zerubbabel , I have a big job for you.” God’s mighty power would make the paths smooth.
